Blue Surf Sanctuary is one of the most popular surf camps in the Santa Teresa area. Also operating as a boutique hotel, and comprised of four blue-roofed bungalows, it sits on the beach access road to Roca Mar, which is one of the very best surf breaks in the area.

The beach here is comprised of both “La Lora” and Roca Mar, also known as Suck Rock.

Three Jewels Retreat in Costa Rica offers yoga lessons, massages, surfing classes and healthy food for travelers coming to Santa Teresa. The classes cover rejuvenation of mind and body which is achieved by meditation and detoxification.

The classes are conducted twice daily along with surf lessons. A typical day in this retreat begins with yoga or surfing followed by breakfast. Afternoon sessions include massages, siestas and relaxation on the beach. Lunch yoga sessions are conducted after lunch. The day ends after a sumptuous dinner.
